Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed socks in their original sleeve or box and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
